Acushnet recorded 29 property transfers in July, 19 with recorded sale prices ranging from $25,000 to $1,277,500 and a median of $524,900. The month's top sale was 17 Alison Dr. at $1,277,500, sold by Moniz Properties Inc. to Domingos Adao. Main Street saw the most activity, with four recorded transfers, while eight of the 10 unpriced deals appeared to be family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales. The recorded data shows a wide spread between low- and high-end sales, with no single price tier dominating the month.
