Acushnet Home Sales Cluster Near $600,000 in Late-Summer Deed Filings

Bristol County Registry of Deeds records show 32 Acushnet property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Among the 17 sales with posted prices, figures ranged from $9,000 to $1,000,000, with a median of $590,000. The period's top sale was 28 Gammons Rd. at $1,000,000, followed by 6 Evergreen Dr. at $937,400 and 711 Main St. at $840,000. Main Street saw the most activity, with four recorded sales. Nearly half the deeds, 15 of 32, have no price posted yet; several of those appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust rather than open-market sales.
