Million-dollar sale on Gammons Road tops a 36-deed month in Acushnet
Acushnet recorded 36 property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with sale prices available for 17 so far. Prices ranged from $9,000 to $1,000,000, with a median of $524,900. The month's top sale was 28 Gammons Rd at $1,000,000, sold by Andrew Seifert to James M. Fortin Jr. Main Street saw the most activity with six recorded deeds. A notable share of the period's transfers moved properties within families or into trusts rather than through open-market sales, a pattern worth noting when assessing overall volume.
