Acushnet Records 27 Home Sales As Prices Range From $120,000 To $937,400
Acushnet recorded 27 property sales between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 16 of those transactions disclosing a price. Disclosed sale prices ranged from $120,000 to $937,400, with a median of $546,250. The period's most notable transaction was 6 Evergreen Drive, which sold for $937,400, the only sale above $900,000. Main Street saw three separate sales, the most of any street. About a third of all recorded deeds transferred property between family members or into trusts, and none of those disclosed a price. The data shows steady deed activity with no sale exceeding $1 million.
