ACUSHNET -- Thirty-six properties sold in Acushnet between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Bristol County Registry of Deeds records. Prices ranged from $25,000 to $1,277,500, with a median of $524,900 among the 21 sales that disclosed a price. The period's top sale was 17 Alison Drive, which sold for $1,277,500 to Domingos Adao. Main Street recorded the most activity, with four sales. About one-third of all recorded transfers were between family members or into trusts, none disclosing a price. Buzzards Bay Coalition Inc. and Village Green Condominiums LLC each appeared in multiple transactions during the period.
