Acushnet Home Sales Range From $25,000 To $1.28 Million In Late July, August

Acushnet recorded 30 property transfers between July 17 and August 15, with 18 disclosed sale prices ranging from $25,000 to $1,277,500 and a median of $487,500. The month's top sale was 17 Alison Drive at $1,277,500, sold by Moniz Properties Inc. to Domingos Adao on July 31. Several streets, including Middle Road, Mattapoisett Road, Main Street and James Street, each saw two transactions. Roughly 40 percent of all deeds were transfers between family members or into trusts, most without a disclosed price, which limits how much of the recorded volume reflects open-market sales.
