Acushnet Sale Tops $1.2 Million Among 28 Deeds Recorded in Past Month
Acushnet recorded 28 property deed transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $25,000 to $1,277,500 and a median of $480,000 among the 17 sales that reported a price. The month's largest transaction was a $1,277,500 sale on Alison Drive from Moniz Properties Inc. to Domingos Adao. Eleven of the 28 recorded deeds, all lacking a disclosed price, moved property between parties sharing the same or a related surname, typically into a trust or within a family, while every disclosed-price sale involved apparently unrelated buyers and sellers, a pattern that split the month's activity roughly into two types of transactions.
